How we source
Procured against contract,
direct from origin.
Kora Resources operates on a source-to-order basis. Each shipment is procured against a confirmed contract through our network of farmers, mills and processors across Indonesia — current-harvest goods at origin pricing, with lead times stated at quotation and held.
Direct producer relationships
Commercial relationships held directly with producers and processors, not intermediaries — every lot traceable to its producing region.
Sourced against confirmed contract
No stock is held. Each shipment is procured against contract, with lead times quoted per commodity and managed to schedule.
Vetted partner facilities
Drying, milling, pressing and export packing carried out at partner facilities within our network — we manage the process, not the plant.
Checked before loading
Each lot is verified against the contracted specification, with a certificate of analysis supplied and third-party inspection welcome.
Approved at sampling, held at shipment
Grade, moisture, packaging and labelling prepared per contract — the specification you approve is the specification that ships.
Complete set, every shipment
Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, packing list and bill of lading.

How we work
Inquiry to bill of lading, in four steps.

State commodity, volume, destination port and preferred Incoterm. Acknowledged within 24 hours; a firm quotation follows within four days.

Samples & specifications
Samples are couriered with written specifications for your approval before any volume commitment.

Contract
Firm pricing with Incoterm, lead time and payment terms. Goods are procured against your confirmed contract.

Shipment & documentation
Loading at origin port, with the complete document set presented under the agreed payment terms.

Shipping ex Tanjung Priok (Jakarta), Tanjung Perak (Surabaya), Bitung (North Sulawesi) or Dumai (Riau) — other Indonesian ports by arrangement.
